In-Home Services
Bathing
Assistance
Bathing – The ability to wash oneself completely, including getting in and out of the shower or tub safely, and maintaining personal hygiene.
Dressing
Assistance
Dressing – The ability to choose appropriate clothing and dress or undress independently, including fastening buttons, zippers, or using assistive devices.
Meals
Preparation
Meal Preparation – The ability to plan, prepare, and safely handle food, including using kitchen appliances and utensils to make simple or complete meals.
Toileting
Assistance
Toileting – The ability to get to and from the bathroom, use the toilet properly, clean oneself, and manage clothing and hygiene after use.
Medication
Reminders
Medications – The support in remembering to take prescribed medications on time and in the correct dosage, ensuring consistency in health management.
Light Housekeeping
Assistance
Housekeeping – The ability to maintain a clean and safe living space through tasks such as sweeping, dusting, doing laundry, washing dishes, and organizing.
Grooming
Assistance
Grooming – The ability to maintain personal appearance through tasks such as brushing hair, shaving, nail care, and basic hygiene practices.

Private Pay
Credit, Debit, ACH
Private Pay refers to individuals or families covering the full cost of care services out of pocket. This option provides flexibility and choice in services, but it can be financially challenging depending on the level and duration of care needed.

Medicaid is a joint federal and state program that provides health coverage for individuals and families with limited income and resources. It helps cover medical care, long-term care services, and support for those who qualify based on income, disability, or age.
Veteran Benefits
VA Programs
Veteran Benefits provide eligible former service members with financial assistance and health coverage through programs offered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. These benefits may include long-term care, home health services, and additional supports for veterans and their families.
Long-Term Care
Benefits
Long Term Care Benefits are designed to help individuals pay for services that assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, or meal preparation. These benefits may come from specialized insurance policies or government programs, ensuring ongoing support for those with chronic health conditions or aging-related needs.
Private Healthcare
Insurances
Private Insurance offers health coverage purchased individually or provided through an employer. Policies may cover certain medical services, therapies, or care needs, though benefits vary widely based on the plan and provider.
Facility Services
Short Term
Respite
We understand that caregivers sometimes need a short break to recharge and take care of themselves.
Our short-term respite care services are designed to provide temporary relief for caregivers who may be overwhelmed or in need of personal time. Our services include all the services provided to our permanent residents, for a period of 24 to 72 hours, while ensuring that their loved ones receive the attention and support they need in a safe and nurturing environment.

Adult Day
Health Services
Our adult day health services provides a supportive and engaging environment for individuals with disabilities. Our Adult Health Services provides a safe and supportive place for outpatient surgeries and other community home related needs. Services are rendered:
Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1700.
Whether participating in recreational activities, receiving therapeutic services, or simply socializing with peers, our day health services offers a variety of enriching experiences designed to promote social engagement and well-being. (Inquire for additional information)
Long Term
respite
Our respite care program offers peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are in good hands in our care.
Our long-term respite care services are designed to provide temporary relief for the primary caregivers. Our services include all-inclusive services provided for a period of a minimum of 72 hour and a maximum of 30 days*. Just as with that of short-term respite care, our long-term rate is based on the individual’s basic level of care needs.
*Fees vary and are based on the basic level of service and minimum cost of care needs. (Reduced rate for stays of 14 days or more).
